Automated Staining and Imaging
Streamlined processes for staining and capturing images simplify workflows, enabling the detection of multiple biomarkers on a single tissue section while preserving spatial information.
Multiplex Detection: When used with the FluoXpert multiplex immunofluorescence reagent set, the system facilitates the detection of 3 to 24 markers, making it well-suited for tumor typing, prognosis assessment, tumor microenvironment research, and more.
Cost-Effective: The DNBSEQ-G400RS FluoXpert significantly reduces reagent costs, requiring 2.5 to 5 times fewer antibodies than traditional manual immunohistochemistry detection methods.
Panoramic Imaging: The optimized stitching algorithm and advanced imaging technology produce panoramic images with subcellular resolution.
Mild but Efficient Antibody Elution Suitable for Multiple Staining Cycles
The system offers subcellular resolution at 20× (360nm/pixel) and features robust reproducibility. It ensures efficient fluid exchange and uses mild elution reagents that keep tissue intact through multiple staining cycles.
With high-performance seamless stitching, it guarantees low residue signal and minimal antigen damage, making it suitable for producing high-quality images and supporting multiple staining cycles.
Experimental Results
DNBSEQ-G400RS FluoXpert comes with a multiplex immunofluorescence reagent set. It is compatible with both frozen tissue and FFPE samples. It is also compatible with commercially available antibodies without a complex conjugation process. The results generated by FluoXpert showed no significant difference from the gold standard, IHC. It can be used in different fields of proteomics research
No significance is observed between mIF and the gold standard IHC
