Dual Flow Cells

DNBSEQ-G99 is the only medium-to-low throughput sequencer with a dual Flow Cell loading configuration that provides you with the ultimate flexibility in workflow design. The dual Flow Cells can be operated with different read lengths independently or concurrently - with three different loading modes supported, laboratory technicians can decide the number of Flow Cells to operate in accordance with sample size and requirements.

Bioinformatics Module

Streamline your sequencing process with an optional integrated bioinformatics module exclusive to MGI's DNBSEQ-G99 genetic sequencer. It supports a Bioanalysis by Sequencing (BBS) mode that enables advanced analysis automatically after a sequencing run, boosting efficiency and facilitating a tremendously efficient and simple workflow - all to accelerate and advance global life sciences and clinical research. This module is compatible with MGI's own standard genetic testing laboratory system (ZLIMS) that allows to achieve even more efficient workflow management and local data output.
