MGI's PFI platform simplifies microbial analysis with advanced Microbial Massively Parallel Sequencing. This software quickly and accurately identifies microbial nucleic acid sequences from meta-genome/meta-transcriptome samples, generating automatic reports and analysis results. With an integrated microbial database and analysis pipeline, it provides culture-free bacteria identification, capable of identifying over 27,000 microorganisms simultaneously.
The system includes three types of bioinformatics analysis software, all supported by the ZLIMS professional laboratory information management system with a graphical user interface (GUI) for enhanced interaction.
The DNBSEQ-G99 genetic sequencer, the fastest benchtop sequencer, is tailored for microbiological research. Integrated with the PFI platform, it offers a comprehensive solution for sequencing and identifying microbial compositions, streamlining results into a single coherent report. This dynamic combination enhances precision and speeds up results, pushing the boundaries of metagenomics and its applications.
